The bill (Reg. No.8624), submitted by People's Deputies of Ukraine V. Khara, Ya. Sukhyi, O. Stoian, T. Yehorenko, renews the norm on increasing the minimum level subsistence for individuals subject to compulsory state social insurance by the rate of individual income tax since January 1, 2012.

The bill renews the previously effective norm on adoption of the minimum subsistence level by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a separate law before scrutiny of the Draft State Budget for the respective year.
